Wir bieten Livemusik für Hochzeiten, Partys und Firmen-Events an. Das bedeutet, wir spielen für eine Trauung und auch für eine große Abendparty. Egal ob in Karlsruhe, Stuttgart, München oder in Österreich und der Schweiz: Wir begleiten Feiern jeder Art mit einer Mischung aus DJ-Set und Live-Saxophon, die perfekt auf eure Gäste und den Anlass abgestimmt ist.

In welchen Regionen tretet ihr auf?

Wir kommen aus Karlsruhe, sind aber auch in ganz Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz verfügbar. Für Hochzeiten am Bodensee, Firmen-Events in Wien oder Partys in Zürich: wir reisen überall hin, wo unsere Musik gebraucht wird.

Du füllst kurz das Formular aus. Wir melden uns mit ein paar Rückfragen und einem ehrlichen Angebot. Wenn alles passt, bekommst du Vertrag und Terminbestätigung.

Der Preis hängt von Datum, Dauer, Ort, Technik und Ablauf ab. Schau gerne mal auf unseren Unterseiten nach, hier zeigen wir einige Preise. Es gibt bei uns keine versteckten Gebühren.

Wie lange spielt ihr und wie teilt ihr den Abend ein?

Wir richten uns nach deinem gewünschten Ablauf. Möglich sind bei einer Hochzeit zum Beispiel eine Trauung mit Ein- und Auszug, entspannter Sektempfang, Dinner-Begleitung und danach die Party.

Ja. Wir können eine komplette Ton- und Lichtanlage mitbringen. Mikrofone für Reden gehören auf Wunsch dazu. Wenn die Location eine Anlage hat, stimmen wir uns mit der Technik vor Ort ab.

For which events can I book you?

For (almost) everyone! We play at weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, and even exotic festivals. Want to celebrate your cat's birthday? We'd be happy to play a birthday song for your furry friend—we've actually done it before! Let us know what you're planning, and we'll see what we can do for you.

Where can you be booked?

Let's put it this way: Wherever you want us! The Black Forest, the Allgäu, by the sea, in the mountains, or on a small Caribbean island. We're open to it.

Please note that travel, flight or train costs and possibly hotel costs may arise for longer journeys.

How does the booking process work?

Simply send us your inquiry via the contact form. We'll get in touch to discuss your wishes and ideas. If the spark ignites and we all decide to work together, you'll, of course, receive a performance agreement.

As professional musicians, we're flexible and cover a broad musical spectrum. We make it a priority to provide something for everyone, creating the perfect atmosphere so you and your guests can celebrate to the fullest.

How can I send you my music requests?

Accepted Answer

Feel free to send us a list of your 20 must-haves and your favorite Spotify playlist. This way, we can get an idea of your musical taste and discuss with you in advance what musical direction you'd like to pursue and which genres should be left out. Spontaneous song requests on-site are always welcome.

How much does it cost to book you?

Since every celebration is unique and ideas are often very different, we will create a customized offer for you that takes your wishes and ideas into account.

Can I book you individually?

Accepted Answer

Yes, that's possible. However, we recommend booking a double package. This will make your party even more exciting, as we can focus on our respective roles. The saxophone will set the mood on the dance floor, and the DJ will spin.
If you decide to book us individually, the price will be somewhat higher. Why? Because you're booking one musician and two services. In this case, there will be regular rotation between the saxophone and DJ booth.
With us as a duo, you'll bring real added value to the dance floor. The saxophone will be even more integrated into the party, ensuring thrilling moments and a dazzling celebration!

Question 15

What happens if you as Saxotic are unable to perform at short notice?

Accepted Answer

Honestly? Something like this has never happened before. But just in case, stay calm! We won't let you down and will ensure adequate replacements. We have excellent connections and also work with an agency that can help us out at short notice if needed. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee live instruments in this case.

If we are unable to provide a replacement, you will of course receive a refund of any deposits you have already paid, and your payment obligation will no longer apply.

Question 16

Can I reschedule my booking?

Once you confirm your event, we'll schedule it firmly in our calendar. Therefore, it's difficult to reschedule a date. However, we understand that there are reasons that make this unavoidable. In that case, we'll reschedule.

This is free of charge for you, even if a new date hasn't been confirmed yet. You'll receive a voucher from us that you can redeem at the rescheduled appointment. If we're already booked on that date, we'll find a suitable replacement from our network.

What if I have to cancel my party?

We certainly hope not. Should this happen, please consider the following: The shorter the notice period, the higher the cancellation fee will be. It is often difficult to reschedule the dates. The amount of the fee is based on applicable legal regulations.

What about GEMA fees?

GEMA fees are not usually charged for weddings and birthday parties; however, they are charged for company events to which only employees are invited. If you are unsure, please contact us or contact GEMA directly at

What technology is used and are there special effects?

Accepted Answer

We have a mobile, battery-operated PA system, an electric piano, various microphones, professional lighting equipment, RGB lights, a projector, and two battery-operated sound boxes. We also have a first-class system that delivers impressive sound even for the largest parties. Our cold fireworks are completely safe and TÜV-tested, and our ground fog machine uses distilled water. Environmentally friendly and safe!

If you'd like exceptional special effects, please let us know. We'll take care of it! You don't have to worry about sound and lighting either—we'll contact your venue and clarify any technical questions.
